Meet Doctor Eve Bluestein

Dr. Bluestein was born in Memphis , TN and grew up in the Chicago , IL area where she played competitive junior tennis. She received a scholarship to attend Vanderbilt University where she double-majored in philosophy and economics, completed her pre-medical requirements, and played division I tennis in the Southeastern Conference. Dr. Bluestein earned her Medical Degree from the University of Cincinnati and her Dental Degree from the University of Tennessee . She completed her Surgical Internship and Residency at the prestigious University Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dr. Bluestein is a Board Certified, Maxillofacial Surgeon, a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, a member of the elite Webster Society of the Cosmetic Surgery Foundation, and a Fellow of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Bluestein is an expert in the art and science of cosmetic / plastic surgery and uses her skills to rejuvenate her patients each and every day. Her special combination of doctorates in medicine and dentistry provide Dr. Bluestein with a unique level of insight into the skin, muscle, bones, and mechanics of the head, neck, and jaw regions. Dr. Bluestein specializes in Cosmetic/Plastic Surgical Procedures, Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery, Corrective Jaw Surgery, the removal of Wisdom Teeth, and the placement of Dental Implants.
Dr. Bluestein has a passion for education and teaching. She lectures extensively in the Denver-Boulder area on topics including Facial Plastic Surgery, Facial Trauma, Dental Implants, Wisdom Teeth, Sjogren's Syndrome, and others. Additionally, she is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado . She is certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support and is an Instructor for Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Dr. Bluestein regularly attends continuing education conferences around the world so she stays current with the latest techniques and technologies. Dr. Bluestein loves both educating and learning from her patients. She has been highlighted in numerous recent newspaper articles and professional publications and has also been featured in AAOMS Today, a national professional publication for maxillofacial surgeons. Most recently Dr. Bluestein was featured in Newsline, an official, international publication of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
Dr. Bluestein is also a leader in the medical community. She is currently the President-Elect of the Boulder County Medical Society, is a member of the American Medical Association, and is active in the Colorado Medical Society as a member of the Grievance Review Committee and the Scope of Practice Subcommittee. She is also a member of numerous other professional organizations including, but not limited to, the American Dental Association and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Bluestein is married to Philip M. Bluestein, Esq. They have two sons. Dr. Bluestein enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, running, cycling, and skiing. Dr. Bluestein is also actively involved with local and international community service projects, and believes strongly in supporting local community activities.
